Year: nineteen ninety nine, date: twenty-second june, time: nine fifty-two pm. The day that death flouted upon mankind, tolling onto life a whole new dimension and aspect. Recollections that reside within this morbid soul, years after that dreary day never cease to haunt me. Yet, I seem to relish it—to immerse into the drowning sea of despondence and despair, to dwell upon life as something so meaningless that the reason for living seems void. Why live when one ends up dying? Can a life on earth really make that much difference? What changes with the presence of one soul when there are a million others to fill the null space? Never-ending questions that fill my thoughts year upon year yet I await this time with an eagerness. Reminiscence of the past come gushing through the flood-gates and a lone rivulet rides down. Events, memories rush up and overwhelm me. It is the same every time but yet I endear to it. Birthdays, char kway teow, ice-cream, kneeling in front of the altar, trips to fantasy island and haw par villa, holidays, lucky strike cigarettes, reprimands, skin and bones, bulging eyes, the prayers, the get togethers, the hugs, the kisses, the last words then came be not afraid, five late night/morning vigils, the solemnity, the face, the faces, the cries, the shouts, the heat and the weeping and agony in the heart for the tears had dried up. Random thoughts that clout my mind yet feeling the pain and sorrow makes it all worthwhile. It kills me to think that words never uttered can make man so regretful. To hell with the “get well soon”, wasn’t it obvious that that was just pure illusions? Come back down to reality, life takes it’s toll. Nonetheless, a tribute to a man of great faith, exorbitant love, great generosity… What more can I say? One word: love.

Last Week

Last week we had post-exam activities.

On tuesday, we had our math trail. It was quite booring la. We just walked around the esplanade for 2 hours answering math questions. But the math questions were super difficult and i had a headache after it. Maybe its because my brain was too lazy to answer the questions.

On wednesday, we had GLP. Quite fun la. Must wrap an egg so than when it is dropped it would not crack. After that, had house elections. I hope i didn't screw it up la...

Thursday, we had inter-class soccer competition.. haha, the best post-exam activity. Our class is such a failure la.. Didn't manage to win anything.. But we had so much fun. Than, we had to clean our classroom... Errrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Than, took bus to my new house and went for tuition

Friday, the last day of school. It was founders day! So we went for mass at Holy Spirit. The 151th anniversary..

Saturday, nothing much

Sunday. It was such a freakin' day!!! There are new umpires la and they are super lousy. It rained the whole afternoon la, so he should cut allt he matches to best of 9 games instead of best of 3 sets la. At 6.15, the 3 soomething tie had not even played. So waited until around 8.30 and my opponent did not appear la. So had a walkover. FINE! Than my doubles, suppose to be at 8.45, than they postpone to today.. Errr! Wasted my sunday just like that.Geeeeeeeee!

Today. Today went o play my postpone match at 10.00, nearly had a walkover cause my opponents thought the match at 10.30. Luckily she came on time. They were quiute friendly la. Than had PTM. My dad went to collect the report book and spoke to my Science and Math teacher. Didn't get scolded.

Thats all. Still got matches tomorrow.

Okae! It's time to post again.. I have been studying for my mid-years thats why i haven been posting. Exams were okae i guess?! Except for math ang geography. They were super difficult la! Even the smarter people in class say so. Errrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Okae, Ya! Our inter-schools finals was last tuesday and we lost to Rgs 4-1.. But i guess at least we tried our best. There always have to be a winner and a loser.But it was super coincidental la, we were all playing against the same person as we played in the rounds! Yesterday i went out with my friends after exams. Came home to change than went to Bishan MRT to meet Cher, Pris, Mich And Beat. Than went to Orchard to eat and suppose to watch House of wax but some people thought i would not be able to pass off as 16. So we went shopping but non of us bought anything. Err! And that Cheryl Tan went to every single mirror she could find to take pictures. Haha! Even on the escalator. Than we went home at around 5.

melissa has recovered slightly. just a teeny weeny bit, still in grave state but she has regained consciousness. thank god. i am so proud of her. she can now sit up and use the computer, and speak a few words and express some of her inner thoughts. a good improvement for a nearly-dying person i have to say. don't fall more ill moses...take care. loves.

well, school starts for me tmr and i'm excited and not at the same time. contradictory huh? i think we will get back results soon and i don't want to do badly. i want to be doctor tan. i miss singapore food but had really good char kway teow and hokkien mee, made by jk's daddy. AWESOME, haven't had that for like REAL long. oh wells, satisfied now, what made it better was that it was a reunion of the 5 aussie biatches. FINALLY. okey dokes.

Yesterday was our last inter-schools match, actually not cause we still have the semis and hopefully the finals... argh hope we will be able to get the first placing and we'll make history... we beat all the schools in our group but the best we played was RGS, they were very strong la. But our team fought hard and manage to win... haha!

I do not suffer from any diease la!!!

update of melissa's condition: melissa's condition is getting worse by the day. her illness has struck her internal system, slowly intoxicating her entire being, it is eating into her causing her health to slowly deteriorate. sigh, will she ever get well?

ms melissa tan minjun has not updated her blog for god knows how long so i am doing it for her. melissa is not fine and is suffering from a terrible condition called laziness, therefore you guys, her friends are reading stuff from yester-years. Anyhow, this condition is deadly and VERY VERY CONTAGIOUS so please, please be very careful and DO NOT GO NEAR people like that. you'll just DIE. well, i better go look after the sick one but do not worry, i will take safety precautions whilst dealing with this terminally ill.
p.s. NOVEMDIALES (nine days of mourning for the pope, the HOLY SEE)

Maybe it's time i should post...Ok, just return from Japan... ya... Not very nice i should say.. but i bought my DUNKS ... Yep,Went to Disneyland, Universal studios... Haha, sat the worlds highest, longest and fastest roller coaster...SO FUN!!! I suppose that was the only thing that was fun. Things there are more expensive than Singapore. Didn't really make any friends... Only on the last day...haha. okok,thats all for now la...

Heehee... So stupid... Delete my blog and now create again...Ok... yea! Exams are over... Err,Math paper 1 was whoooo!!! Paper 2 can say OK la,overall the exam was OK but history and Home Econs were BAD...Ok... ok.So fun when out with Cher,Ant,Sarah,Hannah and Germaine today... We roamed the whole of Orchard... Haha... When to buy a crumpler bag... So nice... Than wanted to get something else but had no time... But there's still the holidays...
